I'm not trying to mean or anything, but why would you come on a forum that, I don't think, you've ever been on before, and ask for free baby items? Yes baby items can be expensive, but you can find a lot of stuff for reasonable prices. I also agree that Goodwill is an excellent place to get Maternity clothes.

Sarah---That was rude! Whether you want to admit it or not, everybody puts their pants on the same way. There is nobody better or worse than anybody else. You know, some people aren't as fortunate as others and instead of making fun of or humiliatiing people, have a little consideration.

Blue Moom2007---You might want to look into eBay. They have some good stuff their. Also, depending on where you live, you can possibly hit some garage sales. I had too when I had my 3rd child and found alot of nice stuff.

this is a public forum...surely people who post stuff like this will take the negative as well as hoping for the positive
like the jehovah witnesses...they take the slam in the face ...while they wait for the opening of the door.

Yet, they keep trying!!

Name: marija | Date: Jan 9th, 2007 3:55 AM
you cant change someones views and nor should you...but what you can do is open them up to another possibility

Name: marija | Date: Jan 9th, 2007 3:57 AM
its part of the religion...to door knock
i was one who opened the door to them and they are still welcome here...but...hehehe always one...they have given up on me cause the one reason why i know i cant be converted is....Im too lazy to go door knocking...LOL

So, you've had your experience with them??? Did it take them several times to get the hint]

Name: marija | Date: Jan 9th, 2007 4:04 AM

i told them outrightly on nearly every occassion that i wouldnt be converted..I do like to debate about how the world was created and on religion itself...Now im just a tea break and chat :-)

my brothers are devout mormon...and has done his share of door knocking...LOL
i would hate to think anyone treated him nastily...although id have to live in a cave to think that never happened...so i welcome all denominations in ....or if im not feeling that charitable at least be nice to them!!

i didnt think they were rude comments bluemoon2007
and if your willing to buy...why dont you check out secondhand shops...you can find cheap stuff there...rather than asking strangers for them...just my opinion :-)

SaRaH i seen you acting like a snobby bitch on alot of threads, what makes you so much better than anyone else?I dont know you but i can guess what kind of a person you are.Just because i said i need baby items and i would even pay for them you act like i am a horrible person.

Exactly, to each is their own in regards to religion. It just gets really annoying when you tell someone NO THANKS, they don't take that for an answer.

ya never know for sure huh.........thing is tweety, we have had such a lot of sssssssuff come our way. We all sort of watch out ...do ya know? Sarah......is just saying what a lot of people might be thinking. And wondering but havent any experience with. Like me for instance. Right away though I am thinking......what??? why would someone come to a fourm looking for that kind of thing? Man it would cost a fortune to ship whatever it is?! Then I think.......well, this has to be somebody who is buying.......then selling, cuz surly they are not going to pay the rediclous price of shipping uless its a business and they write it off???? But you never know.......we are all just a litle cautious of this sort of thing. Food for thought all the way round tweety really.....do you see? Again....Sarah just states what she feels about it in a very direct manner. Its just her way.....at least you always know exactly what she thinks........she just says it.
