hello everyone....Anika, hubby, and I just got back from the Kootenays. All of my hubby's family lives out there in the Slocan and Crescent Valley. It is such beautiful country there. I just love it so much. Every time I go there, I just love the laid back atmosphere and all the snow and you're all cozied up in the house with the wood heat going and ugh.....i makes me want to live there too and live that kind of life. Just so simple and mellow and slow. one of the days we drove into Nelson and looked around at all the little shops and then we went to Ainsworth to the Hot Springs..... :-( i wanna go back so bad. It's the only place i go visit and NEVER get home sick!! ↓
