She was about 53.

It was her funeral today, but I only found out she'd died when I phoned up to find out my shifts for the forthcoming weeks.

That's terrible! Was you close to her?

I'm sorry to hear that. :(

My mam had a brain haemorrhage in her mid 40s; she survived but is brain damaged now. It's such an unexpected thing to happen.

I'm sorry to hear that, When I was in High school, my favorite teacher die of a brain hemorrhage he was 30 With in a week a kid in my class died of the same thing he was 17-18

A month before that, My neighbor, also a teacher at my High school, Died on the operating table when they were at the second attempt of removing his cancerous tumor on his last 3 vertebrates.

October and November were horrible months! It was so sad to see what it did to the students that adored all those people, My favorite teacher, was such a wonderful man, and a great friend, you could talk to him about any thing! so kind and sweet, and nonjudgmental.

Nah, we weren't close or anythin' like that. Still a shock though.

I can imagine it must have been quite a shock. Every day you go to work and see this person and then one day with no warning they die. I would be shocked as well.
