Well living in Ohio you wouldn't think we would really be affected by by the hurricanes and such but man oh man did we get it this time. We were without power for quite some time after the storm residue made it through here. I was lucky to be in an area that only took a few days to have my power returned but many people around here are looking at another whole week without power. I feel bad complaining about loosing all my food and my screen doors when so many people lost much more but I am glad that we are getting things back on line now!

I lived in Somerset for a couple of years and in Newark. That is where I graduated form High school. I am really far south from there now though and the people from Cincinatti all the way to Columbus area were in the path of major storms. WhenI was driving to Dayton to work after being in Columbus earlier that day I was looking at all the damage and t looked like tornadoes had been through. It really was hard to know that it would be that bad though. It was a beautiful day and then in less than 5 minutes it was complete chaos and things were breaking and power lines were snapping and my neighbors lost the roof off of their barn and I just couldn't believe the how fast it was.

oh and [arts of Columbus are still dead! I took Annlynn to the neurologist and had a terrible time driving through due to the lack of stop lights and such.
