Do you have pubs in America and Australia? I went to the pub earlier (didnt drink!!!) and wondered lol...I dont think you do..hmm

erm....theres a bar in a pub. Pubs are kinda traditional english buildings so i would guess yoiu dont have pubs of the same effect.
I'm not a pub girlie at all...nice now that they are non-smoking. But i live surrounded by villages, so we have village pubs...so you get the village idiots. it sucks

I like clubs...now when i can sneak into them....i get hammered. hehee

We have some bars around that say pub on them, we must have just stole the term...lol.....you can buy food too in most of them.

We are in Arizona. We have a few "Authentic" Irish pubs here. There is one up north that everyone goes to on St. Patty's day.
I'm told it is just like the pub's in ireland.

I traveled Europe a few years ago, and was in a few pubs as well. They were pretty much the same as the Pubs here. (Ie: old buildings and atmosphere.)

And...we do food in most pubs here...traditional type meals like fish n chips, sheperads pie, cottage pie and erm...curry

I was sat there feeling sorry for myself as I cant go to canada and a wanted a vodka and coke really badly and all my mates were getting drunk....and i started thinking and wondering what pubs were like if diff countries...and if they even have them. Iv been to LOADS of bars in cyrpus and corfu...but wondered if they had them in the usa!!

we have pubs where all the old dirty men hang out and drink..
and then we have night clubs ( bars ) where all the young people get drunk.. and dance,

around here, we have "pubs" which are a drinking establishment and a restaurant, but people under 19 are not allowed in, and you don't HAVE to order food, you can just go in and drink. And "bars" are basically nightclubs, where it's just alcohol served and there's dancing, but no food.

pub....short for Public Bar........theyre everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL@coartney.....yup join the parade..if they can fit a couple of bar stools in ...they get a license to sell alcohol!!!!!!!!!

hell i wish i could drink. no alcohol in my house, like stored. my stepdad is an ex alcoholic so the only time i can drink is if one of my lovely friends goes and buys me a 6 pack. which well doesnt ever effing happen, and even then i drink one at a time. a beer would be nice right now, friday night, and braden just finally passed out all by himself in his playpen YAY

its nice when you put them down...and just go to sleep by themselves..it will happen more and more with time :)

Then eventually when he gets to olivers age you will get more time to yourself

i dont even care about time to myself, i get out all day without him, to run errands for my mom, so that she will stay with him..

"hey ill do the dishes, take out the trash, go shopping for you, if you will just hold him for me" lol but even then its stressful b.c im running around trying to get shit done so im not gone long. i think starting work tuesday will help alot esp since my doctor said im not allowd to take anything at all for ppd, he says talk to someone, i was like can i call you at 4am when im ready to rip my hair out and crying? LOL
