Where will you be? Will you be out and about, or having the party at home and going to homes. This is fun.

Is that where you drive to each place Winn. Also, someone should video tape it. Are you playing against the guys?

How does this work-do you go into businesses and ask for items?

Name: Mama Jasmin | Date: May 16th, 2007 4:40 PM
how would that work with the clues Winn...plus who wins? the person back fastest, or person with the most things done? like if both teams have 20 right then whos the winner? the one that was done faster?

well you can have the teams do anything, it just depends on whether they have the guts to do it and if any business will participate...you just go in and say "hi we're doing a scavenger hunt for jasmin and her husband to be and on our list it says we have to do/need ___ from a business, would you let us?" something like that

most things, fastest and least kilometers or miles.
or you could scrap the miles and do most things in the least time.

Most business' have no proble, participating.......

I think you give items points, harder items have more points. Then you add them up. You don’t want people driving fast to get back first. And don’t forget designated drivers. 

well each team needs a video camera for one so when they do do something they have " proof " to the other team, no cheating with the guys!!! LOL...I bet you'll have a blast, I really like the radio thing, and maybe get a stranger to buy the bride/groom a beer....hhmmm....I'll have to keep thinking! Plus the video is a good souvenior for later, and I bet you get a chuckle!

if you just want to get items from stores, then these won't intrest you, but if you want an action type hunt.....

bring back a live fish
mow someones grass for 5 minutes
rent a porn
get written directions from a stranger to your house
....still thinking.........

whats a quaker?

Name: Mama Jasmin | Date: May 17th, 2007 4:09 PM
winn--those are good...not sure about using the word "quaker" though....

Quakerism is often termed a mystical religion because of its emphasis on the personal experience of God rather than logic and reasoned theology. It differs from other mystical religions in at least two important ways.

First, Quaker mysticism is primarily group-oriented rather than focused on the individual. The Friends' traditional meeting for worship (see Unprogrammed worship below) may be considered an expression of that group mysticism, where all the members of the meeting together listen for the Spirit of God, speaking when that Spirit moves them.

Second, Quaker mysticism includes a strong emphasis on its outwardly-directed witness. Rather than seeking withdrawal from the world, the Quaker mystic translates his or her mysticism into action. They believe this action leads to greater spiritual understanding — both by individuals and by the Meeting as a whole.

A scavenger hunt from Bar to Bar is a blast.... You ask for things like the Bartender's phone number on a cocktail napkin, a book of matches with that place's logo on it... A menu BUT!!! You must consume one beverage per place and show proof... LOL.... Gets pretty crazy

Thank-you Mama Jasmin,
I never heard of quaker before.....
