Trick or Treat! How many do you get?
I don't get any kids at my house, not even an egg or a tree full of toilet tissue.

I forgot to keep a tally last year and I'm going out this year so Jason will be in charge of handing out the candy.

This will be our second halloween in this house and we got a fair bit last year from what I can remember.

The year before when we were in a different town we had over 200 kids. It was insane!!!
I'm glad a lady on my street warned me so I could stock up on candy and little plastic spider rings and other random Halloween toys.

We live on a street that was kind of a horseshoe shape with houses on both sides so people would drive from other parts of town to let their kids do the horseshoe and get it all done in one safe neighborhood.

The first Halloween in a neighborhood is hard because you don't know how much candy to buy. My first Halloween here I only bought two small bags and not one kid showed. There after I never bought any candy. My street is deserted all the houses are far apart not really a prime trick or treating area.

Bmes,
That's not to bad, it an exceptionable number. I use to get hundreds in a two hour time period. I would buy many bags of candy and it would be gone in about 2 hours after it was gone I still had kids coming to my door. I would send hubby out to get more, every one would tell me close your door and shut your light out.

Even when we turn all of the lights out and make it look like no ones home, they STILL come to our door.

It's hard with a sleeping baby too, especially since his bedroom is right by the front door.

This year I'm going out so I don't have to deal with it for once! ha ha!

I'm going out to the theater tonight. I'm going not to get away from the Halloween frenzy because I don't get any kids any way. It will be some thing different for me on a Friday night, I normally go out but because hubby's in Japan I cant go out. So the theater will have to do!
