my hubby got that double promotion I was telling you girls about. they just phoned this morning, and said we had a choice between two different towns. OMFG!!!!!! well we're taking the one in the kootenays!! YAYAYAYAYAYAYAYAYA!!!!
so......we'll be moving in January!!!

ahhhhh...i'm so happy!!! thanks girls...
actually lindalu....i don't have to pack!!! hubby's work pays for all our moving expenses. moving trucks, boxes, people to pack our stuff for us, gas....EVERYTHING!!!!! PLUS, when we sell our home his work will also pay the commision to our realtor. YAYAYAYAYA!!! ha ha....
they really go out of their way to treat you well...knowing that we're making a BIG move and it's alot of work and stress to do it on your own....it's awsome!!! :-) ↑ |

we've got a situation happening right now that hubby is all worried about.....
i guess one of the people that were trying for this job was the PA in that town ALREADY!!!! a PA is one level above what hubby is. he's worked in this town for years, and is in his 50's. now here comes my hubby how is only 31 years old, completely jumped over the PA level and is supposed to be this guys boss....GREEEAAAAAATTTT!!!! lol...
now i guess whenever there is a competition for a job, after they make their decision the other people who didn't make it can request a review and basically appeal the decision on who they gave the job to. apparently this guy is appealing it, BUT still good news for us, that in the scoring process of the interview he didn't even come CLOSE to hubby 's scores. so even if he appeals it, he won't win.
still though....hubby is hoping that there won't be too much tension there for too long...lol... ↑ |
