well today was the annual egg hunt where hubby works. we took the kids and sissy had lots of fun and found 21 eggs! my little man on the other hand...well...he only got 2 :( not because he couldn't find them but because for some darn reason he just wouldn't pick them up???? it confused though because at one point he looked up at me and said "i'm done mommy, maybe i didn't win the prize...maybe i losed" and ohhh girls he had the saddest little face i have ever seen!! i gave him a great big hug and told him he did great and i would get him a surprise myself. but he just said no. i almost lost it people!! he was soooo heartbroken! but still i can't figure out why the heck he wouldn't pick up the eggs!???? ↓

OMG I hate the easter egg hunts...Its nothing but shark infested waters...If the kids cant get the eggs the mothers do. They'll claw there way to get there kid a prize..That used to piss me off big time.;( ↑

awwww heather...your heart just feels like breaking doesnt it :-(
maybe he thought he shouldnt because he felt that they werent his...maybe the concept of going and finding as many as he can wasnt computing?
they have short memories....have another home easter hunt and let him find all of them...LOL...tell your daughter why im sure she join in and help him....maybe? ↑

I felt like that last year at the town's easter egg hunt. Alexis was only 2 and she didn't get even one egg! The other parents were in there scooping them up for their kids. I was so sad for her. She was so upset that she didn't get any. But her older brother had quite a few so he gave her some of them.
I had never went to one, so I didn't excpet the other parents to be grabbing eggs, ↑
