dang girl...88lbs...that's not good! is it possible for somebody's metabolism to go wacky???? i know i have high metabolism and that is why it is hard for me to gain but i don't lose wieght like that. i fluctuate but i always stay b/t 93 and 100lbs

if you eat smaller meals but more often....you WIll looses weight because your metabolism SPEEDS up......
so try heavy meals.......and do not eat as often to slow down your metabolism a bit.....
also there is weight gain products (shakes) that body builders drink to pack on weight......try having a couple of those a day as well:) ↑ |

My sister went through the same thing.....she was hopitalized and everything......It was due to stress for her.....Once she left her husband she was a lot more healthy...still on the petite side...she probably always will be.....but she looks so much better now.

also...you need to eat more calories than you burn in a day to gain weight. Now I do not suggest eating a lot of crap because you do not want to be unhealthy....but yes defenatly eat heavy foods. add potatoes with butter......heavier meats....startches....milk. ↑ |
your body is a catabolic state more so than an anabolic state which means you are always in a state of reaking down your food..you could either have a hyperthirodism which is an over active thyroid..or you may just need to trick your body into a slower metabolic rate...like winn said don't eat small frequesnt meals...Go longer with out eating meals. ↑ |
