Good Luck, don't get discourgaged if you haven't lost that much. When I did it, I would only lose about a pound or two a week, but that is good. You don't want to lose to much at once. I think my first week I lost like 4 pounds, after that, it was one or two a week. ↑ |
Yeah i know what you mean,i would rather lose it slow to be honest,my mum says that if you lose it slowly it is less likely to go as fast!

Loose it too fast - you can have extremely loose skin that hangs because it wasn't allowed to slowly go back to normal. When you're overweight your skin is stretched, it's like elastic but if you loose it too fast you'll have that extra skin, and I've been told you'd rather be fat than have that extra skin. 3 lbs a week is the most healthiest way to go. ↑ |
Yeah i know that the mornings is the time to weigh yourself but 7pm is the time that the meeting is held,momof3 i would rather not say what i weigh now cause there are some people on herewho will only poke fun at it and that is not gonna help me,when i have lost a bit i will tell you then.
