I know that we have talked about things being called the wrong names by our kids and I have one to add to the list. Annlynn now calls stamps and tattoos Eskimos ↓

blankets=cavies
breakfast cereal=crackers or cookies (this one is very confusing for his dad LOL)

my daughter calls her blanket a beebee....even though all other blankets she calls them "blankets"...but HERS is a beebee!!! lol.. ↑

Silas calls blankets "gibby"
I don't know where the hell that came from! lol

I also got him "jasper the bear" teddy last time I was in Jasper and he calls him "Jappy".
People are going to think my son is racist! ha ha ha!

Another one is "Nutra-grain bars" are called "Cake-um"...again, no idea why.

At least "Jappy" is close to "Jasper". ↑

sometimes if Anika forgets the word for something she'll just randomly make up a word for that specific object....the other day she came running to me with this picture book and said "look mom!!! a kervit!!!!" a WHAT???? "a kervit mom!!! a kervit!!!" i look at the picture and it was a shovel!!! lmao!!!she knows what a shovel is...so i tell her "honey that's a shovel" "oh yeah...a shovel mom!!!look mom a shovel!!" lol...

kids are funny.... ↑

Kaden has a Little Tikes crazy coupe and he has just recently started calling it his rocket. He rides it all over the house and will ask where his rocket is LOL
He loves Little Einsteins and they have one, so I think that's where he gets it.

We also have a white dog in our neighborhood that runs free sometimes. Kaden will look out the window and say "Wow! Look, a sheep!" LOL He thinks it's a joke when we tell him it's a dog. He just laughs. ↑
