I have been having the biggest ditz days lately. I need to go to bed, but I had a can of Coke with dinner, and all Coke does is make me thirsty for more coke, so now I am wide awake! ↑

I have been meaning to make an appointment with my doc. because I think that I have that.
Whenever I lay down my legs get this weird feeling, but if I rock my legs back and forth it goes away ↑

stay away from any stimulants at night or late afternoon. pop chocolate sugar. this messes with me. I hate that your tired and then go lay down and your legs cant be still. Drives me nuts! ↑
