Name: bmes [ Original Post ] lastnight hubby decided to heat up some soup he got from his dad....it was a beef barley soup and was completely sealed in the canning jar....anywyas...i'm laying on the couch and hubby comes in to sit down and have his soup...suddenly this awful stench is surrounding me!!! I tell him "that soup fkin' REEKS!!! i think it might be spoiled...." he doesn'r smell it...thinks it smells fine, and he said it tastes fine too....well whatever...it STINKS!!!! ok....have you ever smelled pus from a wound and it's got that really stinky smell to it? it was kinda like that mixed with dirty sweaty feet!! it was TERRIBLE....anyways...he ate it anyways...lol...and this morning even though all the soup was gone and cleaned out of the pots, the stench still lives on!!! i can't get rid of the smell.... then he informs me this morning that things are gurgling a bit in his stomach!!!! WELL NO SHIT!!! YOU JUST ATE AN ENTIRE CAN OF SWEATY FEET AND PUS SOUP!!!!!! LOL... ↓

ha ha...no he's been at work for over an hour now....and i can still smell it...it's soooooo aweful!!! BLEH!!! ↑

so all morning i've been searching where the fuck is this stench coming from...cause the bowl and spoon he used was cleaned, the pot was cleaned out....but everytime i went into the kitchen the smell was overwhelming....and got on my hands and knees and sniffed the floors, sniffed the counters, sniffed the cupboards....nothing....then i realized the smell was stronger around the stove. so i smell the inside of the oven....lifted up the top of the stove...everything is clean..i had just cleaned it all not too long ago...where the hell IS IT??????????? then EUREKA!!!! i found the tiniest tiniest little speck of he soup...it was dried up right on the edge of the burner...hard to see it....i put my nose to it and almost puked!!!! omg!!!!! so i wiped it up and the smell is gone!!! man....that was some raunchy soup!!!!!!!! lol.. i wonder if i should phone hubby at work and see if he's feeling ok....lol... ↑
