I was just reading that some of you are trying to lose weight. I just wanted to let you know of a really great way of loosing some weight, and not going on a diet. I find that when I diet I end up just gaining twice as much back. Anyways....this isn't a diet plan, but just a healthier life style. Dr. Mirkin has a book out all about it and has some really super great and tasty recipes in it too. It's basically a low fat/high fiber plan. He believes this is the way every person should be eating all the time. When you read it it really does make alot of sense, My husband and I just started it, and I have a friend who lost 250 pounds on it. And he continues to eat this way. And it really isn't a hardship to do. The recipes are SOOOOO flavorful and there's even recipes for desserts in there too!!! Anyways, Look up his book, if you're interested.... it's an Orange book and it's written by Dr. Mirkin. Good Luck to you all, and stay healthy!! ↓

man!!! i just made like 3 different soups, a couple kinds of salads and a dessert and they are ALL damn good. And the dessert is made with couscous. huh!!! who woulda thunk it??? ↑ |
