I'm planning on returning to work when my son is around 3 months old ... and my son will be put in daycare. Do you think that's too young? Or I'd be wrong in doing that?

Hi there. I am a 26 years full time nanny. I work with a superb family. the girls are now 5 years old but I started when they were new born!!! If by day care you mean nanny then its ok but be aware of creches, I have worked for two creches which I left because I love kids and I was tought not to be too attached and that "it's only a job!".... Having a baby is not giving life to a human being and supressing yours! you are still entitled to live a "normal active life" and to work! just make sure you take your time and a lot of precaution when choosing a nanny. the kids form their personality before the age of 3, and they spend most of the day time with their nanny so you do the math...a good nanny=a good kid! good luck!
