Hi, My last period was 10/12/07 and my husband and I are trying for our first baby. I am now feeling different pains in my breasts than normal before my period. I have slight nausea all day (maybe because of the prenatal vitamins) I'm having twinges, cramps and muscle pulling in my stomach. I'm due for the next period on 11/8 but this past weekend, 2 pregnancy tests came back 'positive'!! Is that really too early for the tests to show positive? Am I just psyching myself up for no reason? Can they both be 'false positives'? On no medications to affect them,,,,,,but I can't wait and want to hear some other comments from other women. THANKS ↓
