He just sounds like a strong minded teen. Yes you do have to show him right from wrong but, it seems like he's gonna have that Wii. I suggest that you find a way to make him earn the money to rebuy the laptop. Once he's done that I would let him have the Wii. I hope that helps ↑ |

I think you should buy him a wii.
At the end of the day. At least you will know where he is and that he is safe at home.
It will help develop his skills. Already he has done things to try his best to get hold of a wii. Get him a wii and hopefully the mischieous ways will stop.
We all know how obsessive asd children can get, although my son of 11 years is not high functioning and is low functioning, he cannot talk and will never be able to live an independent life, but I let him play on his pc, nintendo ds and wii all the time as it helps improve his skills. But maybe its different for high functioning asd kids. ↑ |
