my 8 year old daughter will only eat soft mushy foods and fried chips. She wont eat any type of vegetable other than pumpkin and sweet potoato (mashed). she is severely autistic and meal times have become a bit of a battle ground because my other daughter who is 6 also needs attention. At the moment I find I am cooking 3 different dinners some night to accomidate the girls and my husband and I. HELP

My son is ten and has been attending feeding therapy for several years. They introduce new foods and he kisses it and touches it, etc.

He now likes hot dogs, chicken nuggets, yogurt, bacon, string cheese, tomato soup and puddings.

Before it was just french fries, it does take time. Check out my site under book reviews and feeding to read a review on a few good books on the subject of eating.

My son who will be 5yrs old this week is a very fussy eater , he will only eat, fried or hard boiled eggs, nuggets from mac donalds, nutella sandwiches and sometimes fish. He use to eat some vegies but not anymore.
