My neice just had a baby and she began sleeping all the time and during the day. 2 weeks prior to delivering she found her self sleeping all the time.I am approximately 6 weeks from my due date and that is what I find myself doing and sleeping 10 hours at night too. ↓

Hey Shelly i'm about 7 weeks and i am so tired. I sleep a lot and i find it hard to do housework and chores. ↑

I slept a ridiculous amount the weeks before I had my first son, and after I had him I sure was glad I slept when I could. Yes, I think it's absolutely normal. Your body is just getting ready. ↑

Amena, when you began your long sleeping periods, how long was it until you delivered? I am not sure when I got pregnant for sure and at one time they said my baby was way above average. Why couldn't I just be further along? This is my 3rd child, but I haven't had a baby in 11 years. This is why I have so many questions. My first child was over due by 9 days and the second one was 2 days early. I have always had the feeling this one would be here before Nov 24 or 21st. I look as if I am ready to deliver tomorrow. ↑
