Went to my 35 week check up to do the whole strep test thing....turns out my blood pressure jumped a ton so they did a nonstress test....baby is stressed took my blood pressure after laying down for ever....it got higher....i am now on bed rest because i am threatening preeclampsia...i am 80 percent efaced and dialated 2cm...if my blood pressure rises any more by sunday they are hospitalizing me and inducing me.....Greeeeeaaaat ↓

Hee hee, I am a stalker. =) Just kidding.
I see the midwives at the Womens Clinic, which I think is in the same building as Henneberg. My mom works at the Womens Clinic so of course I have to go there. =)
I really hope everything is ok, I'm due Sunday so if you do get induced I'll be sure to be stalking for any Ashleys when I go into labor. HA HA! ↑ |

wow congrats!i am not due till june first but i have known all along she would come early...just hopfully not under these sircumstances...
its scary because i have all the symptoms of preeclampsia but i would have never known because they are typical pregnancy things...like swelling and headaches....
i have had a really hard week so i figured it was nothing so i am glad i had that appt today
its nice to know there is some one else on here from here
i thought mostly everyone was either fromthe uk or new zeland
are you having yours naturally?
are you having your baby at kmc?
if so let me know and so i can see the nursery pics...goo i just love babies if you go to kmc.org you can see my new nefew he was born on march 26

Yep I'm having the baby at KMC. No I'm not having her naturally. After going to the baby classes I kept thinking that I might be able to do it naturally but then I told myself to get real, because I know I'll be wanting drugs once I'm in labor. =)
Well now you'll just have to get some rest and hope the baby stays in as long as possible. Were you working? ↑ |

I know mine's gonna come early too...'cause I've had blood pressure since the beginning and am on pills for it. And they warned me about it.
I wouldn't mind getting her all to myself a little earlier. Besides I always get my Christmas presents early ;)
Sorry to hear about your bp though Ashley. It sucks seein' as your so far in and were nearly there! But whatever happens she'll come out healthy :)

i just have a feeling that she wont stay in that long...i can feel the way she moves....mommys intuition i guess you could say
my hubby is so worried i want to cry....he read what preeclampsia was and freaked out...
