That happens to me at night and in the morning...the only thing that helps me is to drink more fluids. I sleep with a glass of water or milk with ice, on my nightstand now. I also noticed it happens if I drink much with caffine in it. Tea, coffee, I don't drink soda but I assume it would do that if I did. Try more water, juice or milk...if the juice is too sweet, I add a bit of water to mine. Hope that helps Billie. ↑ |
