Still in total shock...
I'm doing on May 10th.
We have thought of the name MILES but we still tossing up more names just in case. We will need a 2nd name and it has to be something that will be very hard for us to find. We will have to dig threw lots of names.
Connie, it’s cool we both having boys. I was totally prepared to have a girl, and not so sure what to do with a boy. My husband says once he is here it wouldn’t mutter. He felt this way with his daughter and he was proven to be wrong once she was born. I’m sure it will happen to me to too. Besides, it’s kind of cool that there will be someone to carry on our family name.
My husband looked in my eyes and said: "Wow! we are going to have a son!" That sounded so weird, like wow! ↑ |

I am 34 and due in March. I thought for sure that we were having a girl, so did my husband.
But when we found we were having a boy the look in his eye was the way he looked at our wedding day ,he was so happy he was speechless. I just think when you find out it makes it so real ,if its a girl or boy ,now you are going to be parents.
This is the first grandchild to carry on our last too, so it is even more exciting( I think Karl(-husband) is a little proud too) ↑ |

I was a little scared to have a girl-they go though so much growing up. I still want a girl, but a by first might help me prepare for a girl too.
I do want another one, but I will get though this one first.

One of the gifts I got from my hub for x-mas was a book called "100,000 + Baby names". I see there are lots of sites online as well. Finding and choosing the right name can be hard for some (like me - hehe). My sister has 2 boys and like you, she thinks girls are too sophisticated and boys are way easier. She even wants her next one to be boy as well. I feel quiet the opposite. I'm sure things will be ok, and I'll know what to do once he is born. I just don’t want to get peed at -eeeeoooo...lol ↑ |
