When did you gals start looking for childcare? I've called a few places, and the won't even put me on the waiting list because im not due til next month. At that rate, the baby will be 2 before he ever gets into daycare.

Bummer, im just freaking b/c with what looks like baby boom 2 in the making, it's going to be hell trying to get him into daycare after he's born and i have to go back to work!

That stinks they won't put you on the waiting list now---I know a couple of the daycares here will do that....I guess one of the first calls you'll be making when he is born is daycares!

Luckily Danny's mother doesn't work and has always kept my kiddos. I did put my daughter in a pre-school type daycare part time when she was 3 years old. I think it was an awesome experience for her: socially, acedemicly, etc...and I plan to do the same with Kaden.

I so wish I didn't have to worry about it. I want to be there for every second but it's just not the way it worked out. Hopefully a close friend will be able to watch him incase i don't get in by the time he's 6 weeks.

I couldn't imagine putting my infant in daycare, I know there are good ones, but I would worry my self sick. I think when they get older its good for them--I hope you can find a friend to help you out in the begining.

Who watches your little one Nikki while you work?
