| Hi sarah m my name is stephanie and i 17 weeks 3 days prego.. i just wanted so comfort because a took the Alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) test and it came back positive for down syndrome... i been so scared and depressed, the doctor said it might have been bcuz i dont know the exact date of my last period, which that can make the test come back abnormal... now on friday i have an appointment for the amniocentisis test to be sure..... i need help ↑ |

Hey you guys. My name is valerie and I am 17 years old and my boyfriend is 20. I found out I was pregnant when I was 16 years old. 2 months later I had a miscariage. 7 months later I found out I was pregnant again, but also had a miscariage. Yes both times it was really sad, hard, and painfull and my boyfriend never left my side. We were thinking about both pregnancies and how hard it would have been to take care of the baby without a good paying job and a house. I realized that I don't want my parents paying for the baby becuase it is MY BABY. I should be able to pay for my baby and give it all it wants. All I am saying is that it will be so hard to take care of your baby especially if the dad is not even working. Don't you want to give your baby everything it needs and wants?? And you can actually say you PAID FOR HIM/HER AND THAT YOU DID IT?? I know I do!! I miss my babies a lot, but I also have to think of him/her and it's needs and future. Think about it girl's. To all those who are pregnant, Congrats and take good care of your babies and be good mothers like I know you guys will be :)!! To those who want to get pregnant, think about your baby life and how you will support it when you are only 13, 14, 15 and up. Be strong ladies.
P.S. There is not one day that goes by that I think of both of my babies and I want them so bad, but I want to wait this time until my boyfriend and I are ready to take care of them and support them WITH NO STRUGGLES.
