Ok here is my story: I am currently 26 weeks pregnant. The baby dad has had nothing to do with me or this preganancy since it happened. He thinks it isnt his is the honest truth. I am 100% its his and i tried to be nice at first and get him involved in everything but he turned the other cheek. i am going to put him on child support but i am not sure how to go about it. he really doesnt want me to put him on it he says "if it IS mine i will take care of it from the bottom of my heart" and i am suppose to take his word bc he has shown me NOTHING throughout all this, yea right. He says if i put him on CS he will quit every job he has and i wont get anything. i guess what i am looking for on this is when should i start the process of placing him on child support and if i give the baby my last name does that matter? and has anyone gone through something like this: bc i do want him to be a part of her life but i dont know how he will react when he learns that there will be a child support case....anything advice will help. ↓

YOU GO RIGHT AHEAD AND PUT HIM ON CHILD SUPPORT. THAT MONEY IS FOR THE BABY. HE CAN QUIT EVERY JOB HE WANTS, BUT WHEN HE TRIES TO GET AN ID, DRIVER'S LICENSE , ETC. THEY WILL GET HIS A--. I KNOW I WORK FOR THE AGENCY THAT HANDLES ALL THAT. THE EASIEST WAY FOR YOU TO DO THIS IS SIGN UP TO THE STATE'S WELFARE SYSTEM AND GIVE THEM ALL THE INFO YOU HAVE ON HIM. TRUST ME THE STATE WANTS ALL THEIR MONEY AND THEY WILL GET IT BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. THE BABY WILL HAVE YOUR LAST NAME UNLESS YOU ALL DO THE NECESSARY PAPER WORK FOR HIM/HER TO HAVE THE DAD'S LAST NAME. SO, MAD AS HE MAY MAKE YOU, AS LONG AS YOU DO RIGHT BY THAT BABY GOD WILL HANDLE HIM. I SPEAK FROM EXPERIENCE ↑

hiya i had a similar issue with the father of my 2 children and i can tell you that even if he quits his jobs you will still receive something from cs as they will take it from any benefits he receives also if he doesnt think the baby is his then he can ask for blood tests to be done to prove that it is or isnt all you need to do is contact cs and take care of yourself and your baby xx ↑
