Hi everyone!
I am a new teacher and I want to increase my understanding of the needs in families of children with disabilities. I know families can have bad and good experience with their educators and I want to give as many good experiences as possible! What do parents need that they feel they aren't getting in their child's lives or for themselves? What are some great things teachers did for your family? What are some mess ups?
I also want to be able to give my parents resources that they need and am looking for recommendations.
I can't wait to hear from everyone!
