she pulls up and cruises on the furniture. her condition is known for causing delayed walking and talking, but my family doesnt seem to get that concept yet.

If she is cruising around she is not far away from walking. My little one cruised around for 2 months before she started walking. Tell you family to stuff it!! lol

she's been cruising since she was 7 months old!! i thought for sure she'd be walking b4 she was a year old.

Yes but she may be delayed. My brother has Fibermyapothy(sp) and all his developments were delayed, he didn't walk until after he turned 2. Don't worry it will happen, and soon you and your husband and little girl will have your own house and then you won't have to live under your mom's negative additude,

i was told by a physical therapist months ago that she is developmentally delayed. what kinds of things should a one year old be able to do with regards to toys? should they be able to put different shapes into the right shaped holes and stuff?
