I can't believe how LAZY they are.....they're useless!! lol....lastnight I made dinner, obviously, and the hockey game was on so we ate in the living room. well i was done eating before James and I brought my plate into the kitchen, then cleaned up the kitchen from cooking and loaded the dishwasher. meanwhile James' plate is still in the living room. Well I thought, James isn't a fucking infant, he can bring his damn plate in here when he's done with it! Well, it never got brought in, so instead of saying something, I just wanted to see how long it would sit there. Well James has been up since 6 am and just left for work NOW (8:15am)....well...it's still sitting there. Should I leave it for when he gets home tonight? lol.....HOW HARD IS IT TO PUT A FUCKING PLATE IN THE DISHWASHER? AND WHY IS THIS SUCH A COMMON PROBLEM WITH ALL MEN? WHY DO WE ALL BITCH ABOUT THE SAME THINGS?

Do they have some sort of club that they all have joined and they plot and discuss all the things that they're going to do during the week to piss off their wives?

And then they have the NERVE to complain about our bitchiness and nagging!!!! well if they would just stop being so damn DUMB, maybe we wouldn't have to bitch all the time.

*sigh*

I give up!!

Na, mine doesn't like doin' the dishes either!

I put some cooking pots out into the yard the other week - he'd used them to cook something and I absolutely refused to wash them up! He brought them in and did them eventually! *LOL*

I get the same response from my hubby! He feels soooo sorry for himself for havin' to go to work 4 days a week! What he forgets is that he finishes his day at 5pm, whereas I'm still doin' stuff around the house at 10pm quite often!

Yeah, I can sympathise. When I get in from work I have my chores to do! I don't gripe on about it.......OR need time to unwind. I just have a bath, eat some food and get down to work!

I know he works very hard and what he's doing can't be fun. he works very long hours, and that why I don't expect much of him, cause i know that since i'm not going to work, it IS my job to keep house...but a dish? come on.....that's what pisses me off the most, is that he can't walk the 15 feet to the kitchen and justhelp me out a bit. his work day is probably 830 - 630 or 830....depends....but mine is generally 6am - bedtime...and really it doens't stop there, cause he doesn't get up if Anika starts to cry in the middle of the night. and that's ok....i don't mind that. his job is dangerous, so he needs to be 100%.....i just can't understand the small things..you know?

bmes. i think we could possible be married to the same person. i feel your pain. my husbands work shirt has been laying on the living room floor for 3 days now. he also uses our dining room chairs for his jackets instead of the 4 hooks we have as you enter the front door or the coat closet. a few weeks ago i taped a plastic hanger to the back of our dining room chair , where he had left his jacket, then i hung the jacket off the hanger. he got the point, but it only lasted about 2 weeks. i have a million different stories. i could write a novel.

Oh yes....haha......If my hubby does not put his dishes in the sink...they sit right there......until HE does......If his laundry is not in the hamper they will NOT get washed.......I do not mind doing the stuff but I am NOT the maid!

Name: bmes | Date: Feb 21st, 2007 5:38 PM
he he he....oh man, would i never hear the end of that!! lol...i do stuff i little more subtle....like i'll put his dirty work clothes in the washing machine, and wash them, but i won't put them in the dryer, then when he goes to find his work clothes they're all wet. and i play dumb going "oh...sorry sweetie....i ran out of time and got side tracked looking after Anika, that I totally forgot they were in there!! " lol.....

anyone else have problems getting your hubby or kids to empty out there pockets or take there socks out of balls or turn there clothes right side out. i wash, dry, sort, fold and put away. do you think they could take coins, pens, gum, wrappers etc out of their pockets or not put all their clothes in the hamper inside out so when I go to wash them or fold them i dont have to take the extra time to turn them right side out. or the socks will still be wet cause they were in a ball. geez, its the least they could do. i posted a sign in my laundry room. "inside out laundry and pants with full pockets will no longer be washed." i take the bad laundry in to my hubby and kids and set the piles in there laps.
