So I took Silas to his first parade ever today and I expected it to be a tiring event for me since he never sits still.
While we were waiting for it to start he was wandering around all over the place and wasn't too happy about being asked to stay put.
As soon as the parade started, he sat on the sidewalk with me and some friends and I made him all cozy with a blanket. He sat there and didn't try to get up once, for over an hour!!!
He was so mesmerized with the parade it was like there was no one else around him.
He kept clapping and waving and yelling "Hi guys!!" to everyone who passed. On the way home any time he saw a city bus he waved and yelled "Hi guys".
It was so cute. He had such a good time, when he realized it was over he started to cry.
It was so cute.
I took a little video of him at the parade because I found him so adorable that I missed most of the parade by watching him and taking his picture. Ha ha ha!
