i am thinking it could be poor circulation...when i stand up i get these white spots all over my legs. could it be?? should i be concerned? like right now...i am just sitting here and they are all over my legs! just little white spots ↓

It can be a sign of poor circulation, but your legs would be very red/purpley and mottled. They'd also get cold easily and you may experience throbbing pain.
Do you smoke? How old are you?
