hiya im 16 and 35 weeks pregnant can you make a birth plan at any age? and when do i hand it in and who to? thank u x ↓

Hi to be honest i made a birth plan and it went out the window when i went into labour.It is up to you if you make one or not and yes you can make one at any age,but as you are still young and dont know what to expect i sugesst that you just go with the flow and listen to the midwife. ↑

i think i outa just stick with the midswifes plans for me and not mine its just i want skin to skin so i can breastfeed and i want my bf to cut the cord ↑

I shouldn't worry about it if I were you. They don't take any notice of them anyway and they seem to be merely a paper exercise!

They didn't even read mine when I had my first son and I refused to have one with my second, but I was quite happy with the care I received anyway :-)

Just tell them what you want as you go along. ↑
