| Peaches - try to see your doc. I had to take antidepressants whilst I was waiting for my ex-partner to clear out of my house. It was soooo hard as he was mentally/emotionally abusive towards me and my son, but the meds helped me to shut him out. ↑ |

| I hate panic attacks! They are something you don't soon forget,that's for sure! They are almost sufficating and really hard to get through,and they're worse when you have them in public! ↑ |

| peach Im so sorry honey. Ive experienced 1 panicl attack after a stroke I had. and it was so awful. my folks took me to te emergency room. no one realized it was a panick attack. Come to find out it ws a reaction to meds they perscribed to me to help with stress. are you taking any mood stableizers (sp) ↑ |
