for the last week or so, my son had been waking up CONSISTANTLY at 5am. WHY?????? i don't understand.

he gets a nap at around noon....some afternoons he sleeps for about an 1.5 hours...sometimes 2 hours. then his bedtime is at 7pm.....well i guess more like 730/8pm cause hubby has been getting home late so i keep them up so they can spend some time with him...

but no matter if I put him to bed at 7pm or 8pm or he naps for 1.5 or 2 hours, he STILL wakes up before 5 in the fkin AM!!!!! WHY????

is he having troubles sleeping cause he's not getting ENOUGH sleep? or is he getting TOO MUCH????

i'm so tired. i want to cry. lol...

well it would seem he is getting enough sleep......around 12 hours.......if I am adding correctly.......but every child is driffrent....
Haha My daughter went through this around 1 years old...mind you I knew why......we had moved to a diffrent time zone.......
Maybe try keeping him up a bit later......or cutting his nap back a bit?see if that helps?

i think we've been really lucky with Anika. just one of those types who LOVE to sleep. ever since birth she'd never wake in the middle of the night. she goes down for a nap at the same time as Lex and sleep for about 2-3 hours, then goes to bed at around 730am and sleeps till 7am. so nice. lol..
