ok so I had an urge to try out cloth nappies and see how I go.Iam a sahm with only one child so far.I didnt even know how to fold them so I googled it and got a few different ways.I like the look of those fitted cloth nappies so I was wondering if any ladies out there use cloth or fitted cloth nappies and how do you go using them.how many do you use a day,how often you change them and so on.thanx

you can get these only organics liners that you just lift out and flush down the toilet so theres not as much mess on the nappy.I dont know if i will last long trying this but il give it a go.ill try to have a disposable on at poo time.I can nearly time his poos now.lol.

they have a diaper service here, where someone comes and picks up the dirty ones and gives you fresh clean ones, so you don't wash them yourself. But I heard that people have a bigger problem with rashes and stuff with the cloth diapers. I stuck with the disposable Pampers. They're so frickin' absorbant, all the moisture just gets sucked away from their skin. Anika very rarely gets a rash. I think maybe twice since she was born she had a very mild rash. nope.....i personally wouldn't use cloth diapers....yucky!

I was told its easier to toilet train them when there older becasue they can feel it more.Im probly just going through a fase.it takes 30 years or something like that for a nappy to decompose.
