| I have two children and one on the way in June. Do you plan to take 6,8 or 12 weeks off? Do you plan to take FMLA? If you are doing well with your pregnancy at this time, I would anticipate that you wouldn't need to take off until 1-2 weeks prior to due date. This wasy you can use your most of your leave with the baby. However, sometimes things are out of your control. What if baby comes early or Dr. orders bedrest?
