| I'm 13 and my dad died when I was 10, and sorry to break it to you but you will never fully get over your dad's death. He was a part of you and will always be so their's no way you can fully let go and get over his death. It's been three years and i still sometimes break down when I think of my dad but I always remember that he's looking over me in heaven so I just pray to God and talk to him about my dad and it helps me alot, and try to think positive about the situation... I think to myself that my dad is in a better place now and he had his time on earth. All I can say is try really hard to stay positive and pray about it. ↑ |

I don't know what to say.. you should feel so bad.. so sad.. so weak.. I'm sorry for that..
I lost my cousin three weeks ago.. His girlfriend shot him in the head.. he was 25. I was with him an hour before it happened.. for me, it's like unreal.. I still have his messages in my phone.. pictures, videos, ect.. I still can't believe.. this is the first time that I loose someone.. It's unbelievable.. You're with a person a day, and the next day you see him lying in a coffin.. I still can't believe it..
Anyway.. I just wanted to say that is the life I guess.. Our parents had passed although it too.. To see a lot of things in their life.. to loose their parents.. and with the age, to see how everyone died around you.. it's like our experience of the life.. we are all gonna pass it.. It hard.. really.. but it's the life..
My biggest fear is death.. I mean, loose someone that I love.. I'm always thinking how am I gonna do when I will loose my parents, brother, sister, etc.. but I think that we should just enjoy the life and spend it with them.. without thinking.. just acting.. we are all on Earth passing.. and it's like this for ages.. but we just need to accept it and do it like it is..
You should just think about your dad by good memories.. and smile.. I'm sure that he wouldn't like to see you sad.. he is watching you, looking after you.. he is your angel now.. he is always here, in your heart.. you can speak with him because he hear you.. and now he is on a good place.. and we're all gonna go there someday and see all the people that we've lost.. I don't know if you understand what I'm trying to say.. but I really hope.. your dad is looking after you.. don't forget that.. he is always gonna be here.. don't destroy yourself with sadness.. he wouldn't like it.. you could never forget him.. but just accustom yourself without him..

| You don't, I lost my father 22 years ago and it feels like yesterday. I was a 'daddy's girl' and was proud of it, what I suggest is cry, visit that grave and cry your eyes out, till they are so puffy you can barely see out them, forget about what other people say and think, your grandmother is wrong she doesn't know your true heart she is judging by her standards, you love both your parents and still do. Think of your father on an extended vacation in a beautiful holiday location enjoying himself. The truth is he is at rest, no pain, no hunger, no want. As you mature you will come to grip with all this emotion and unfinished things you had hoped with him, but you have new life and new hope in your belly and this time you are the parent and you can teach the good things your dad taught you and laugh again. ↑ |

| Hey I lost my father 6 years ago at he age of 16 and my mother has been out the picture from the time I was 8 til present but my way of dealing with this issue is to suceed in life is all. There is no way to ever get over a tragic thing like this unless of course your father done brutal things to you but remember this the man the helped bring you in his world will only be happy if you remebrr that he loves you! And would only want best for you as his child. So do your best in life and smile that he gave you this chance to be someone? ↑ |

| I lost my 4 years marriega during June. My husband left me with so many pains and since then i have been heart broken and shattered. | My father just passed away I'm only 23 it's been almost two months sinced he passed away days before he passed he was just sleeping one time before I left he was awake and I told him I loved him and my brother and I were going to be ok. Of course I didn't fully believe it and I'm still having a hard time I thought with time it would get better but it's just getting worse for me. I have a three yr old who got to spend time with my dad and he loved her so much Nd spoiled her. The whole time I knew my dad was sick I didn't want to believe it so I pushed it out of my mind like this couldn't be happening to me. I'm happy though that my daughter had time with him but Iam scared she will forget because most ppl don't remember things when they are that youngish so hard ↑ |
