Oh I found you some instructions for the nipple thing :)

Using nipple stimulation to induce labor has been practiced by women for centuries. This stimulation brings about the release of oxytocin, which is the natural form of pitocin. Oxytocin causes contractions, which can lead into true labor. It's important to note that this will only happen if your body is already close to labor. As with all natural labor induction techniques, don't attempt this until you are over 40 weeks.

It is a practice often recommended by midwives when a woman is long past due or when labor is stalled. It causes the release of oxytocin, the same hormone that causes uterine contractions. This can be done manually or with an electric breast pump.

When this is performed, the uterus sometimes becomes hyperstimulated, meaning that it gets too little rest between contractions, so use caution and consult your practitioner first.

Here is a guide to help you understand the process:

Only massage one breast at a time.

Grasping the areola, rub in a circular motion until a contraction begins. It's important to mimic the suckling action of a baby.

Stop after the contraction begins.

Wait 15 minutes, then repeat.

Stop using nipple stimulation if the contractions are 3 minutes apart or lasting 1 minute or longer.

lol its weird but i guess i can stay up while you stimulate your nipples lol
Only because I feel like I started this whole fiasco. Since the stimulation wasnt mention before. Now watch all the woman that are far along are going to come on here and start doing it to try and induce labor.

I read the same instructions on birthing naturally. Ya I guess it is kinda weird. I just want to see if it works. I've been massaging like crazy, and still no contractions, I guess I'll be doing this for a while, my hand is sticky from all the colostrom

Here is another about pressure points to start contractions or something.

Labor Acupressure: What Are the Best Labor Acupressure points?
Labor Acupressure points such as “Adjoining Valley”, “Shoulder Well” and “Big and High” are associated with using Acupressure for Labor.

In Adjoining Valley, the points used in acupressure will stimulate the large intestine meridian. To apply acupressure, you will first locate the area between the thumb and forefinger. In the area known as webbing, press firmly. The correct area will feel tender. Applying pressure to Adjoining Valley is also useful during labor.

The Shoulder Well is another great acupressure point to use during labor. You will be applying pressure to the area where the shoulder muscle is at its highest point. To locate the area, use four fingers and measure from the joint of your shoulder, moving in towards your neck. This area will be very tender, and is also effective for managing pain during labor and delivery.

The Big and High point is located directly above the back of your heel. It is between the Achilles’ Tendon and your ankle. Apply pressure directly to this spot for the most benefits.

By using Labor Acupressure, you can rest assured that your labor will progress much better than without this safe and effective natural method

The acupressure sounds good only because it said that it helps reduce pain to. But if you dont have the contractions then you wont know you in labor hum...decisions.

You might end up doing it for several hours cause it said to continue stimulating unti the contractions were 3 min apart.

Maybe your getting started. :) Keeping rubbing!!!!! lol
You could combined things it said to. You could do the orgasm and rub your nipples that would probably help. Or the nipples and the pressure points.
If this was a forum for just anyone I bet it would be full of men right now :)

Im reading different things now that say that breat stimulation would make your contractions very strong and could prolong the entire labor process. Then there are once that say to stimulate for an hour then stop and repeat only 3 times a day. Because it causes strong labor contractions. Maybe that one wasnt such a good idea. Who knows if its got the baby moving around and stuff. Just thought I would mention those things to since I read them

i don't mid having strong labor pains. I barely felt my contractions w/my 1st, so being aware would be nice, si I'm not worried about the pain. I just want the litle guy out, or at least start labor.
