Pulled pork is awesome!! I make it all the time. Sloppy joes are like winn said,
But a pulled pork is pork that has been cooked slowly and for a couple of hours, and then it just shreds really easy, you just pull it apart and through some bbq sauce in it. YUMMY!!
You have to make it, you will be the hit of the neighboorhood!!! It is at all the summer parties we go too!

I have never had pulled pork...never heard of it until today....

Pulled Pork Sandwiches:

Leftover cooked pork tenderloin
Water to cover
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1/3 cup barbecue sauce
Hot pepper sauce, to taste
Accompaniments:
Cole slaw
Hamburger bun

In a heavy pot, combine pork with just enough water to cover, cider vinegar, barbecue sauce, and hot pepper sauce to taste. Bring to a boil, and simmer over medium heat covered until it pulls apart, about 50 minutes. Remove pork from the sauce, shred and set aside. Simmer the sauce until it reaches the desired thickness. Stir the pork in the sauce and spoon the mixture onto the bottom half of the hamburger bun, and top with cole slaw.

Sloppy Jo's:

2 pounds lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup ketchup
1/2 bell pepper, seeded and chopped
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
hamburger buns

In a heavy skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain off excess fat.
Combine ketchup, bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, vinegar, and chili powder in slow cooker.

Stir in ground beef mixture. Cover and cook on LOW setting for 5 to 7 hours. Serve spooned over hamburger buns, with a side salad or French fries.
Serves 6 to 8.
