which one?? The pulled pork, no I don't think so. My friends make bbq pulled pork, I make a pulled pork PO' boy with a reumonlade (sp) sauce and french fries that go ON the sandwich

If you want I can post the recipe. It is an Emeril recipe. My dad lives near New Orleans and we went for a visit and I just fell in love with the food there. So I try and make some of it, but this sandwich is kick butt. My stepson LOVES it, he gets excited when he knows I am making it

Oh, yeah, thanks guys!!! Now, you'll are making me hungry. Although, I do like the recipes, I'll give them a try.

Does anyone have a good homemade barbeque sauce? Down in Southern Illinois this fella made a good barbeque sauce that was sort of sweet and tangy, too.

ketchup
worceshire(sp) sauce
a little brown sugar

I used this a few nights ago and my husband and children loved it. When I did it i used about 1/2 cup ketchup, 1 TBSP brown sugar and worceshire sauce to taste(it doesn't take much)
