Yeah, he's one stinky kitty. I think it's because my older cat poos in the back garden, then buries it, so I don't usually get to deal with kitty poo. The kitten is just using the litter tray at the moment.

Aw......he's SO cute though!

I loveeeee just loveeeeee my kitty. Her name is Chino, she is a chocolate seal point. Cross between a burmease and simease..so figure!

She is one of the smartest animals ive ever come across, she can open doors, turn on our stereo system.......she sits on your shoulder. She does other neat little tricks

Best part is, when Oliver come along..she was bitter for a day or two..now she treats him like her own! when i'm in another room and he starts screaming..basically she comes and gets me, trys and gets my attention..once ive settled oliver..she dissapears again.

I just love her to death! like another child to me

Hello, my name is Danielle Nemec. I am deaf. My cat is deaf too. He really love to play too much. I struggled to brush his fur out since I have him when he was one years old.

I don't know how to work for chatroom from this website. I really tried to brush my cat's fur out. However, he really hate it because he had a bad experience with his first owner before I have him when he was one years old. I have been struggling to brush a fur out since he was so mad and upset. I don't want to hurt him... It was so hard to brush hiis fur out. When he was a kitten for one year, the owner did hurt him so much because she dyed his fur to pink from white. It is Kool Aid. Also, she shaved his tail like poodle dog's tail. Is a brush his fear too much from his bad experience from the owner? I really don't want to hurt him while I tried to brush it out yet he really hate it.

Hi Danielle! Your right! It just may be he is fearful because of what his previous owner did to him. I would just try to brush him a little at a time,a little each day. Get him used to it! Hopefully in time...he will be ok with it. Good Luck to You!

I have to get my husband to brush my eldest cats fur whilst I hold onto her. She hates it, but her coat becomes matted and tatty if I don't keep on top of the brushing. She doesn't groom herself properly.

Try to enlist some help from family members.

well, my old female tortie kittie decided she was my daughter's mother when my daughter was born 8 1/2 years ago.

Water broke in the middle of the night - Miss Kitty - my cat, tried to cover the scent of the baby by peeing on the bed and me...... that was fun...... not matter how much we washed the sheets, matress cover and such, she continued peeing on that area of the bed for 3 months.... no fun!

Then, after we introduced my daughter to the cats - I had two at the time - Miss Kitty would not leave mine and my daughter's side - and if my daughter cried, Miss Kitty tried to pick her up by the scruff of her neck like a kitten - I never actually let her bite - but it was pretty interesting how strong her maternal instincts were to my human child.

Miss Kitty is now almost 17, has heart worms (can't treat that) partial kidney failure and still the boss of the house. We have two rescued pits and a rescued litter of 4 month old kittens - and my other cat has since died but Miss Kitty still rules the roost!

Oh, and my 8 year old sleeps with her now.

Ah, that's a nice story :-)

My eldest cat used to 'babysit' my youngest after I brought him home from hospital. She used to stay by him during the day whilst he was in his little chair and when we took him up to his crib at night, she used to follow us up and stay underneath the crib 'til he'd fallen asleep.

He was the only one who she'd allow to touch her......she hisses at the rest of us!

The poor thing is now depressed since we brought a kitten into the house! He chases her around and irritates her. She's sick of him! I hope he grows up soon and leaves her alone!
