Winnmom i think you have good idea about support, i also need ot loose some weight.
I want to loose at least 20lbs before my anniversary in may.
And also i want to start working out at least 3 times a week.
And to stop snacking all day on junk food!!!

I think this is a good idea.
I'd love to lose those last 15 lbs from having 3 kids...
but I never get the support at home...my husband just says, "you look fine to me"
But I want to look GREAT!

My problem is I snack in the evenings while waiting on the husband to get home. I guess I eat when I'm bored.

That's one of my problems...I don't like very many vegies and all the diets tell you to eat them.

Well my husband only eats corn and broccoli he doesnt like peas or green beans so its hard to change things up.

Peach....It does not matter how much weight you need to lose...what matters is working on it...setting a goal.....when you "break your diet" do not fret....just start right back up.....
o.k I am starting with my water...getting it...brb
