Well I am afraid that if you dont exercise than the weight isnt going to come off like you would like it to. Eating right with no exercise may help you not gain anymore but you wont lose weight very fast. And yes chasing after your baby is some exercise but I am afriad it is not enough. That is just from my experience. ↑ |
Yeah, your right!! I do need to get out and go for walks, at least!!! I was doing really good before I got pregnant but my treadmill took a crap. I know I have to exercise because for me to lose the weight, it's the only way. It's a mind over matter thing. I don't mind to exercise but I psych myself out that it doesn't matter. ↑ |
Ok so this morning was "weigh in" for me. Last thursday I was 166. And this morning I am 161. YEAH!!! anyone else doing good on there weight loss? ↑ |
I've only started a couple days ago, and I went to my mom's last night and she made a raspberry coble.....i only had one piece so i guess that shouldn't hurt too bad.
I'm trying not to skip meals too. I tend to do that a lot. I ate breakfast and dinner today so far, but my stomach feels a little upset. Not sure why. ↑ |

I'm not sure.....I need to do some research because I'm not even sure how many calories I should be eating a day. This is the first time I've truly tried to lose those 15lbs....Do you know how to figure your calorie intake? ↑ |

Thanks! I am not really counting calories or carbs. I am just making sure whatever I eat dont have to many calories or carbs. I am only eating about 6 small meals a day. Mostly meat, veggies, eggs whites, fruit. ↑ |
