| They call it the true badge of being a woman, but it's men that say that cuz they are so thankful they don't have to go through it. My husband told me it looked like my tummy had tiger stripes right after I had my baby. So not funny. It took him a lot to make me feel better, and I know he was only kidding. My son was worth it though! I just hope the next one doesn't give me more. ↑ |

| I don't think it's silly, it's the whole fear of the unknown when you really don't know what to expect. At the end of your pregnancy though, you get really uncomfortable and you look forward to labor. I think that at the end people are looking for some comfort, I know I did. ↑ |

yes its true with epidural you are numb the waist down,
i know cause i had this for my emergency cesar,
but they just wont give you an epidural straight away, they give you that last if they see all the other drugs dont work and your long into labour so rather than u or bubs stressing then they give u epidural, maybe its different where you live but here in australia those are rules,
you will be fine all new Mommys,

Im am 18 Years old and am now 4 and a half months pregnant with my 3rd baby, I have had one natural and one by epidural one lasted 2 hours (my 1st) and my second lasted 5 hours and let me tell you THEY HURT LIKE HELL!!! but not trying to scare you.
If anything dont get the epidural cause after having a natural birth you feel good but if you take that epidural you feel like crap and have a srewed up back for ever trust me. ↑ |
